Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PREPCOOL EDU-TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U80301TG2020OPC140930), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 3-4-526/36, G-01, Vintec's Thrayarshaya, Lane 10, Himayathnagar, Lingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - 500027, operating the Lexcello LNAT practice test platform at lexcello.com ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our service.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

Service Description

Lexcello provides online LNAT (Law National Admissions Test) practice tests and preparation materials. Our service includes:

• Access to practice tests that simulate the actual LNAT
• Detailed scoring and performance analytics
• Progress tracking and study recommendations
• Educational content about the LNAT

Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Payment and Subscriptions

Payment Terms

• Payment is required for premium access to all practice tests
• Prices are clearly displayed and include all applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely by our payment partners, PayU and PayPal
• We accept major credit cards and local payment methods

Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase
• Unused Access: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and you haven't started any practice tests
• Technical Issues: Full refund if we cannot resolve technical problems preventing service use
• Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

Right to cancel (UK and EU customers): you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. At checkout you agree that your access starts immediately and confirm that you understand you lose this right once you start a practice test.

Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use our service for personal LNAT preparation
• Access practice tests from your registered account
• Share general feedback about our service

You May Not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our practice questions
• Use automated tools to access our service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

LNAT Discussion Room

Signed-in users can post in the LNAT discussion room under a display name they choose. Posts are public.

Room rules

• Be respectful: no insults, harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful, sexual or violent language
• Keep to the LNAT, law admissions, reading, reasoning and essay writing
• Don't share personal details, yours or anyone else's, and don't use a real person's name as your display name
• No links, adverts, or requests to move to another website, app or chat group
• Don't post questions or passages from Lexcello's practice tests, or ask for or give their answers
• Don't discuss ways to cheat on the real LNAT

Checking and moderation

Every post is checked before it appears, automatically and, where needed, by the Lexcello team. We may hold, refuse or remove any post, close or remove any discussion, and stop anyone from posting, if we believe the rules have been broken. You can report any post that you think breaks them.

Your posts

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you allow Lexcello to show it in the discussion room and in search results. You can delete your own posts at any time. Posts from other students are their own opinions, not Lexcello's advice.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on our platform, including practice questions, explanations, software, and design, is owned by Lexcello or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our service for personal preparation purposes only.

Prohibited Actions

• Reproducing or distributing our practice questions
• Creating derivative works based on our content
• Selling or licensing access to our materials
• Using our content for commercial purposes

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• Third-party service provider problems
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

Disclaimers and Limitations

• We do not warrant that our service will be error-free or uninterrupted

• Practice test scores may not reflect actual LNAT performance

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use our service in ways that harm other users
• Fail to pay required fees

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to our service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
