When and how you can get your money back

In short
  • Within 24 hours of purchase: full refund, no questions asked.
  • Within 14 days of purchase: full refund if you haven't started any practice test.
  • Technical problems: full refund if a problem we can't fix stops you using the service.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to all purchases made on lexcello.com, including test packages and single practice tests, whichever payment method you used (for example PayU or PayPal). Lexcello is operated by PREPCOOL EDU-TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

When You Can Get a Refund

  • 24-hour money-back guarantee: if you ask within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund you in full, whether or not you have started a test.
  • Unused access: if you ask within 14 days of your purchase and you haven't started any practice test, we will refund you in full.
  • Technical issues: if a technical problem on our side stops you from using the service and we can't fix it, we will refund you in full.

Outside these cases, purchases are not normally refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Right to Cancel (UK and EU Customers)

If you live in the UK or the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because your access starts immediately, we ask you at checkout to agree to this and to confirm that you understand you lose your right to cancel once you start a practice test.

Until you start a test, you can still cancel within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund, as described above.

No Subscriptions or Automatic Renewals

Lexcello purchases are one-off payments for 12 months' access. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy something new.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@lexcello.com with:

  • the email address of your Lexcello account
  • the date of your purchase and what you bought
  • your transaction or order ID, if you have it

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. A request counts as made on time if we receive it within the relevant period.

How Refunds Are Paid

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval, to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
  • If your bank converted your payment from another currency, the amount you receive back may differ slightly because of exchange rates.
  • Once a refund is made, access to the purchased tests ends.
