Information We Collect

Personal Information

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password when you register
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through PayU and PayPal (we don't store payment card details)
  • Profile Information: Any additional information you choose to provide
  • LNAT Discussion Room: If you post in the discussion room, the display name you choose and what you write. Posts and display names are public: anyone can read them, and search engines can show them. Your real name and email address are never shown. Please don't include personal details in your posts.
  • LNAT Booking Confirmation (Final week pass only): If you apply for the Final week pass, the screenshot or PDF of your LNAT booking confirmation that you upload. We use it only to check that it is an LNAT booking in your name with a test date within the next 10 days. We don't keep the file; we keep only what was read from it: the name, the test date and the result of the check.

Usage Information

  • Test Performance: Your answers, scores, time taken, and progress through practice tests
  • Platform Usage: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address

How We Use Your Information

  • Checking your LNAT booking confirmation: If you apply for the Final week pass, the file you upload is sent to Anthropic, whose AI service reads the name and test date on it for us. Anthropic handles it under its own privacy policy. The file is not used for anything else.
  • Checking discussion room posts: Before a post or display name appears in the discussion room, its text is sent to Anthropic, whose AI service checks it against the room rules for us. Anthropic handles it under its own privacy policy.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • Consent: When you explicitly agree to sharing
